my motherboard supports 1.8v ram. however, this board was built for overclocking, so i had no problems uping the ram to 1.95v. this is well within the recommended voltage so it shouldnt be a problem. i have read that many people are running this ram stable at 4-4-4-12 and would love to achieve those same timings. so i went into the bios and got a lot of different options. i have no idea which ones to change and how they will effect ram speeds etc. also i would like to know if changing this timing will effect my FSB(HTT):RAM ratio, or if that is only effected by increasing the MHz on the ram.
if someone could explain the items that are listed in my bios and what ones to change to acheive these timings, please let me know.

please let me know what i need to change, and if you could, please inform me on what the rest of the info here means.
thank you very much in advance,
