Hello, My brother has an infected laptop which does not allow you to log onto windows as it immediately logs you off even in safe mode. I have seen that this appears to be a common issue and i have tried a couple of resolves but to no avail. I have tried to copy across the 'userinit.exe' file which appears to have been removed but this doesn't resolve the issue, i have also attempted to repair the installation but this doesn't resolve the issue either. Is there any other ways around this, as there are files on the PC which are needed and therefore I can't really format the disk?
