So I got a new card and the internet seems to be working, but my Internet Explorer keeps bring up an error message and has to shutdown. I did the ping www.google.com > ping.txt again and it showed this:

pinging www.l.google.com [209.85.173.104] with 32 bytes of data:

Reply from 209.85.173.104: bytes=32 time=88ms TTL=240
Reply from 209.85.173.104: bytes=32 time=87ms TTL=240
Reply from 209.85.173.104: bytes=32 time=99ms TTL=240
Reply from 209.85.173.104: bytes=32 time=95ms TTL=240

Ping statistics for 209.85.173.104:
Packets: Sent = 4, received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 87ms, Maximum = 99ms, Average = 92ms

So I'm pretty sure its working, maybe I should just redownload the Internet Explorer and that will fix the problem.

Very good news...the connection is there.
Try to download Firefox on another computer, and install it on THIS computer. See, if it'll work.
