Hi,

My first computer went crazy and would not shut down.

When I double Left clicked on Local Disk (C:) nothing happened until I Right clicked and used Explore.

I restarted the computer and got two error messages.

1/ see attached photo

2/ ccSvcHost

According to what I Googled it might be a virus of some sort? But I have done nothing and came to the Geeks to Go.

Normally both computers are hooked up together using a Belkin KVM Flip USB with Audio switch but I have disconnected the two in case the problem migrates.

Can you help?

Regards

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
