Hello,
After a little scare with Vundo, resolved by following the anti-malware guide on here - thanks people! I decided to bin Comodo & install Sunbelt as one of the users said it didn't ask too many questions - this was a big problem with Comodo as I'm too much of a biff to know how to answer :)
Sunbelt kept telling me "internal error" & rolling back (no install).
I tried "online armor" which asked me a whole bunch of questions & said to leave those programs I didn't know for when they came up - result, I couldn't get into Windows, had to safeboot, remove OA & everything started fine after that... now I'm running on windows firewall only & I'm worried I'll catch something!
Help please, what am I doing wrong - or could the computer still be infected somewhere? I ran complete scan Malwarebytes & Superantispyware both in safeboot & normal, & deactivated systemrestore & screensaver etc. & they say I'm now clean, as does Avast!
Thanks for any help you can give - my computing skills are: I am good at following instructions but not good enough to take the initiative.
Cheers!

Let's put it this way. Windows firewall is perfectly fine for an average user. It lacks two-way protection, but as anything getting into your computer, it's perfectly fine.

Well I finally managed to install Sunbelt - if anyone else has the same problems, here's what I did:
1) did the complete SPF uninstall woth their tool (googled Sunbelt firewall uninstall)
2) installed the previous version 4.5 instead of 4.6

Still can't install 4.6 but what the heck, 4.5 is better than nothing! :)

Cheers guys & girls for all your great work on this site! :)
