Outlook 2003 & 2007 Calendar

Is there any feature within Outlook or a 3rd party service that will automatically export Outlook Calendar 2003 or 2007 to an online calendar for sharing purposes or just to have it web-based with most current info? Trying to remember to do it manually into Google Calendar just doesn't work plus it's not the most up-to-date info when you try to remember to do it only once/twice a day. Your help would be very much appreciated.
