a blue screen appears on my computer that reads a fatal error has occured at 0028:c0011E36 in VXD VMM <01> + 00010E36. Error was caused by trojan-spy.HTML.Smithfraud.c

system can not function in noprmal mode. please check your security settings.scan your pc with any avaliable antivirus/spyware remover program to fix the problem.

i scaned my computer with norton and did not detect any spyware my computer still works but i am unable to get ride of the blue screen om my computer and the warning sign : confused:
