Frozen Apple IPOD

My IPOD classic is 'frozen' on one menu page. There is no response to use of the controls. The IPOD does not respond to the reset steps. Anyone been through this before?

Hi JOC14,

I can't tell you much about an IPod because I don't even have one myself. However I did find a link to apple support on How to reset iPod . They also have a link on that page iPod not responding, if your iPod does not respond to the standard steps.
