Computer Keeps Restarting On It's Own

Windows XP

My computer keeps restarting by itself or either i get a BLUE SCREEN that says....Disable Bios memory options such as caching or shadowing. Then i have to unplug it to reboot.

Does the BSOD have any other details?

(Example: Stop: 0x0000000A (parameter1, parameter2, parameter3, parameter4)

Has anything been added to the system recently?
