Hey there mate, sound like some Trojan business there! My bro had that same prob.

If you are using a modem, try (if plugged in @ wall) turning it off, wait 60 seconds, and turn back on.

If that doesn't work, try resetting the modem itself.

And if that dont work, then try to find a specialized person who can destroy them. Don't upload any antivirus when the virus is wrecking havoc on your computer. The antivirus will not function. (Or so it did when I did.) Hopefully, it's not a virus.
