Aurora Pop ups HELP!

okay well lets see, I have been getting tremendous amount of Aurora pop ups. I have tried googling on how to rid this pesterous problem from me. I have tried some responses from other threads. I have used Hijackthis, Ad-aware 6.0, Spybot Seek and Destroy, Norton Antivirus 2005, deleting the nail.exe and its corresponding files manually, as well as the registry files. But still nothing seems to work.
