My desktop is blue with a warning about and IE error, it also lists tojan-spy.HTML.Smitfraud.c and how to rid of it, I have followed the intructions and nothing has happend, my anti-virus has not detected anything, and yet I still cannot change my background.

Any tips or help would be appreciated
