jut a fast all around computer its not going to be for gaming just regular use i just want it to be fast

Well what sort of computer do you have now? Tell us about that and maybe you won't need a new board or a processor.

i have a dell brand new has 4gb ram and 250 hard drive but i want the one i am building to be better
and it has a AMD sempron LE1250 processor

If you don't need the computer for gaming then may I ask what's wrong with the Dell machine? That'll be more than enough for internet and regular use if you're not going to game on it. Building a faster PC just to type letters to the bank isn't going to get the letters written any quicker.

i am 15 and my mom does not like me downloading music and videos and programs and what not so i just thought it would give me experience building a system
