I have an Advent 5301 Laptop which is about 1 year old. I have recently been moving files and backing up etc to external drives. I just noticed that COMPUTER/System (S:) drive is empty. COMPUTER/Vista (C:) looks fine, as do all the other drives. Anyone know if System (S:) should have system related content? I have no idea how I could have wiped it.
It boots up fine and is apparently performing as it should and all the progams seem to be there. I am running Vista. I do have restore DVDs if needs be.
