Hello,
I know this is probably a common question, but I have recently reformatted my computer. Im running XP. Now I've done my updates so I can see the majority of my movie files properly as well as pictures. But there are some pictures that are not displaying for me online properly. Additionally, and more annoyingly, a couple of my avi files don't play properly. They will run, but the playback is in black and white and I get colour lines at the top and side of the screen. I've had this problem before and downloading the k-lite codec pack fixed it right up. But this time no go. Is there a better codec pack that I could be using? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Not sure that we can help with your picture issue without some additional info.

As to the video:
use VLC from http://videolan.org/ to play all of your video files. Has all the required codecs built into this media player.

Install klite video codec pack from http://www.free-code..._codec_pack.htm
