Ummm, for some reason what I wrote didn't show up. No wonder no one has replied

I'm basically asking if there is a way to back up my bookmarks or possibly the entire browser. I have Athena for my canned speech management too. Any suggestions?

Sorry for the thread necromancy but i was looking for Athena info and have Firefox portable along with a few gaming profiles that i had to back-up and tranfer over and remembered how to do it (if you haven't found out already):
