Blue Screen of Death

I have been having this issue for quite some time now. Been having blue screen of death code IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0x0000000a and i don't know what to do to resolve the issue. The laptop is not under warranty anymore, has been like a few years old now. like 2002 if i remember. the laptop keeps blue screening me. unable to connect to the network but is possible. i am not that tech savy so if i could get some help to solving this issue i would take any advice.

i have reformated my laptop too but still get blue screened.
