Whenever the smart update tries to update, I get this message:

"Update failed.

The subscription status is invalid. Please contact support."


Any suggestions?

im having the same problem.... is there anyway to disble the serial # / key?

i called there support # asked them about it.. they want me to buy it... i alreadly have a vaild key...

well its hacked serial... can someone help? i unstailled and reinstall did not help i get error messages
