should i get firefox, or keep IE. ive heard firefox is so much better, but is that true?

Firefox is definatly more safe. It's just as compatible as IE and is very fast. Another good one would be maxathon or opera. Give either one a try and you'll most likely be satisfied....

Most browsers are better than IE but opera is great and a lot faster and so is firefox as they use less recources.

I am shocked that there aren't more replies.
newaz, Both FF and opera r 1000 times better then IE.
forget abt security and the hype, look at simple everyday advantages.

like middleclicking a link opens a page in background(great while reading forums)

find in page search: type . followed by stuff to find
built in search engines:ebay amazon google

start where u left.

I wld recommend opera over ff, as u can get everything without any addons.

It just puts a Google Text Ad bar, and I never notice it. Plus, I have my firewall set to block them form getting to thier ad site, so it just shows up as a blank bar. :tazz:
