1] Is there a way to change the catagories into clickable pictures? So you know, instead of saying "What's New" it'll be a picture that you can click.

and 2] when you scroll all the way to the bottom, and where you can see which people are on your site, how do you change the font color of the members? Like, I'm the site creator and administrator, so I want to be a different color than all of the rest of the members and the other admins. I just need the code, if there's a code for it, and to know where to put it.
Just wondering if anyone can help, and if anyone knows what I'm talking about. Thank youu! :]
