Can't remove Packed.Generic.200 virus?

Hello! My Norton 2009 pops up that it is infected with "Packed.Generic.200" and it states that the "Removal Failed" each time.

I've installed Malwarebytes & SuperAntiSpyware-- run scans under Safe Mode multiple times, and it's removed everything that it finds to be a threat.

It still seems to be on my computer since Norton insists that it is every time that I boot up!

Any way that I can remove this virus?
