XP - System Shutdown

I downloaded and installed Malwarebytes Anti Malware. The scan found 15 infections. I cleared the 15 infections. The Malwarebytes program then prompted me to reboot the computer.

The computer successfully restarted.

About 5 minutes later the compuer displayed a warning window "This system will shutdown. The Shutdown was initiated by NT Authority\System. Restart because the Remote Processor Call (RPC) terminated unexpectly"

Any ideas to resolve this error?
