replacement motherboard for ibm thinkpad

i have an ibm thinkpad r40 type 2681. I am looking for a replacement motherboard not necessarily the exact same one from ibm. (It may not even be available) My system board part # Fx93p3564. I can't find anything on ebay.

Any kind of help/ suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks

Go HERE and join the Thinkpads forum. Create a new WTB (want to buy) post in the Marketplace for what you're looking for. You might get lucky and get a response as there are many reputable people here who sell very good replacement parts. Some cheaper than on ebay. This is a serious Thinkpad forum, so you'll not find many slackers here! And yes, I belong to this forum too!
