The file sparrow.sys is corupted

Hello

. I am a new member of this site, and I have a big problem which give me headache. I am a student in the fourth year at Telecommunication, and i need to prepare a final project called "VPN". For that I need to install a virtual windows xp. I have created a new virtual disc for windows xp with virtualbox, and now i have to install the operating system. But when I try to boot from cd, when loads the file for scsi adapter it stops and write the file sparrow.sys is corupted,press any key to continue and it restarts after pressing a key. Please give me a simple solution, I do not have much experience in computers. My laptop is a Dell Vostro 1510. Thank you a lot.
