monitor plug problem

hi,

i recently bought this motherboard (ASUS P4B-MX), i just realised it uses some kind of strange monitor plug which looks like these

so the question is, is there anyway to change the first plug to the second plug?

yeah...those ports you highlighted on the board don't look like video ports....they look more like serial ports
