just posted this but it said my hijack this was out of date, so here we go again... the virus called troj loader.c showed up on one of those housecall virus scans that i did, since it was recommended on your site. Here's my log:

You may need to be in Safe Mode to find it or use My Computer/Windows Explorer and activate "Show Hidden/System Files" Show Hidden and System files:

Clean out these folders
* C:\Windows\Temp\
* C:\Documents and Settings\<Your Profile>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\ <=This will delete all your cached internet content including cookies.
* C:\Documents and Settings\<Your Profile>\Local Settings\Temp\
* C:\Documents and Settings\<Any other users Profile>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\
* C:\Documents and Settings\<Any other users Profile>\Local Settings\Temp\
* Empty your "Recycle Bin".
MAy want to use CCleaner
Please follow the instructions below if you wish to remove the offending items

Do NOT connect to the internet for the following
Close all windows
Open HJT and scan
Place checkmark(s) beside the entries below, once all entries have been checked press Fixed Check
