is a AMD Athlon 64 3200+ CPU good, decent or bad!

Without knowing what existing processor it is to replace one cannot say.
It's like saying I want to buy some tyres, are they better than what I've got now? Without knowing the state of the existing tyres, it's not an easy question to answer.

Whether it's worth doing depends on what you want to replace already.

Hello

As Neil Jones has already mentioned it really depends on what you want to replace already. In my own opinion this is a low end processor at the bottom of the list and is ideal for every day to day things.

If your on a budget AMD is the way to go.
