Headset Problem.

Well, I recently got this headset, its called the TekNmotion Yapster at a Fry's Electronics.

I was excited, bought it.. Plugged it in, and I tested it on my Realtek HD Audio Manager. The mic worked fine. This was the result:

So I tested it in CounterStrike, only to learn that it didn't work.. I tested it on the Sounds and Audio Devices Microphone Tester. I didn't get anything out this.

Anyone know how to fix it?
