Virtual network by virtual machine....is this possible ?

I wondering if there is a way to establish network between my host OS and guest OS, i mean i have Virtual PC, Vmware and VirtualBox.
and i installed xp, vista and seven on these virtual machine programms and i want to make network between them with the host OS .... how can i do this?

any help or hint would be highly appreciated

I use VMWare on a daily basis, right now Im running VMWorkstation 6.05. In this and previous versions predating v5, as well as ESX / ESXi, if you go to Edit the VM Settings, Change the Ethernet Card to:

Host-Only: A private network shared with the host

This will do just that, have your VM's and physical box communicating on a private network.
