I'm trying to fix the logon/logoff loop on my computer and need to use the reboot disk to get to get to the recovery menu and change around some stuff but I can't get there because it keeps saying it can't find any installed hard disk drives.

1. What does this mean?
2. How do I fix this?

Thanks in advance.

1) Means what it says - cannot find a hard drive.
2) Need to feed the computer an F6 driver from a floppy disk drive. You can get the driver from the people who made the computer.

Ok well can you explain that a little more? I'm really kind of tech stupid.

Like would a need to know the type of hard drives I have? Or can i just order the driver and it will find out what ones I have?

How would I go about getting this from the comuter manufactuer?
