Issue with Call of Duty Multiplayer

When I try to open MP, it begins loading and then quits to show a Fatal Error: "User Interface 9, expected 7."

This happens only after installing the v1.5 patch - multiplayer worked fine before this.

Any help will be appreciated, thanks.
