You can try the eRecovery management - but since there's nothing on the Recovery partition I'd expect that it'll just fail.

Rereading this thread, I noticed that there's 0% free on your C: drive. I'd suspect that your problem is that that the computer is running very slow for you, and that it takes forever even to do the simplest tasks. This is because Windows uses the free space on your drive to do operations "in the background". Without that free space, Windows has to resort to doing stuff in very small pieces - so it takes a lot longer.

I'd suggest that you delete at least 7 gB of stuff off of your C: drive, with 11 gB being the optimum for decent performance.
