I don't recommend Spybot at all. It's kind of tool of the past.
Yes, you may want to get some antispyware programs. At this moment, the two best on the market:
Malwarebytes - http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
Superantispyware - http://www.superantispyware.com
Both have free versions.

That answered my question, so thanks. I installed SUPERanti spyware and it's picked up some stuff as well so looks like it's doing what it's intended to do. Spybot didn't pick this up so it's good to know what the more recent and more effective programs are out there. :)
