Not sure if you can help but here goes.

I am unable to view the live stream from QVCUK website (the USA QVC live stream works OK) all I get is the message Buffering QVC live stream please wait, I am sure it has something to do with Windows Media Player 11, the network tab in tools options does nothing when clicked on. I have run Malwarebytes and a complete virus scan with McAfee. Any suggestions please.
