I recently installed Greeting Card Factory and went to open it on Friday to discover that it was no longer on my system. My wife and children did not use the program / uninstall it. I attempted to reinstall and got two error messages at the point after I entered my name as the owner of the program. The first error message listed as "msiexec.exe" and the second "Dr Watson Postmortem Debugger". I did a little research on google and found your site where I see others have had the same problem with the DWPMD. I'm not sure what the msiexec.exe issue is or how to correct either.
I followed all of the steps outlined and have a attached a copy of the hijackthis log below. I am totally baffled how any spyware, etc can take a program off of the computer. I did check the Add/Remove Program list and the program is not found. I am not aware of any other programs / files missing at this point. It seems this was the only thing affected. I appreciate your help to resolve this issue.
