After editing some music files on my computer, I now have an icon that appeared on my desktop named test.prx and it looks like the same colored circle icon that windows media player has. I have the XP Media Center 2005.

So I wondered why it appeared when it never has before, and how to run it? I know how to open it, but when you try to run it, it says "name of the profile cannot be left blank". So the drop down browse feature for that line gives you all kinds of choices, like schi.prx, scmeda.prx, and so on.

I am hoping somebody can explain this, and if I even need to run it. And if I do, how do I know which .prx to choose? I am confused as to why icon even appeared on my desktop, when it never has before.

Thanks!
