OK, lets give this a go.
Start PC inspector, click the check mark for english, Next to where it says: find lost drive, click on the magnifying glass(on the left). Post a snapshot of that.

hold down the shift key, press print screen, (look up above the arrows, top row above the insert button_
Open paint. Start, all programs, accessories, paint.
Click in the white box, hold down the ctrl key, press the letter v. (you should see your screen in the box)
save the file to your desktop. (change the file type from .gif to .jpeg)

in your reply, (Bottom right) click on browse, (find the file you saved to your desktop)
click open,click upload. (You'll see managed current attachments (1) above that)
click on that, click on the button with the plus sign (Insert attachment into the text editor)
Click on add reply

Ok here it is.

I noticed that under the phyical tab that the drive is there.

I do know how to attach a file and I have been doing that, so why isn't it attaching itself and uploading?

If you are saving it as a bmp file, it will be too large to upload. Save it as a jpg instead...then try it.

Or install WinSnap again and use that.

Attach it...if it still won't attach, try WinSnap (from my signature) and do a screen capture using that like last night.
