Start PC inspector, click the check mark for english, Next to where it says: find lost drive, click on the magnifying glass(on the left). Post a snapshot of that.

Open paint. Start, all programs, accessories, paint.
Click in the white box, hold down the ctrl key, press the letter v. (you should see your screen in the box)
save the file to your desktop. (change the file type from .gif to .jpeg)
in your reply, (Bottom right) click on browse, (find the file you saved to your desktop)
click open,click upload. (You'll see managed current attachments (1) above that)
click on that, click on the button with the plus sign (Insert attachment into the text editor)
Click on add reply
