I was here a few weeks ago with a smooth scrolling problem as well as a sound problem.

It was suggested by you all that I had to download drivers as I reinstalled Windows recently.

After I installed the drivers I needed, like you suggested, my sound was working fine up until a few days ago. For some reason, it's sounding like it's underwater again. This happens when I watch videos or listen to music players. It will do this for approximately the first 2 minutes of the song, then it seems to work fine.

Any suggestions?

I installed it and restarted my computer, but the sound is still messed up. It sounds like the lead voice is a mile away. Sometimes the music doesn't play as loudly either. Background vocals sound ok. It's very weird. It's not the same sound problem I was having before. This happens with any and all music or sound. For instance, my music files, mp3's, youtube, music players, etc.

I plugged my speakers back in, instead of the headset, and the sound works fine. I never thought it would be the headset since I've had so many problems with my sound since restoring my computer. Thank you for your help. I'm most grateful.
