Win Heur w/ trojans

Okay, here's my problem (to those who are reading THANK YOU)

I accidentally executed a backdoor trojan application and my AVG scanner detected several different trojans. I learned that it's the win heur virus. I got a scan complete and removed all infections. Then I system restored to the date prior to the bad app getting in to my system. After 2 normal boots, it's back and it's worse. First all apps seemed slower, then I reach only after logging in but only see my wallpaper. (in normal boot)

I'm on safemode right now with networking. Tried scans again but it detects nothing. Tried system restore again and it didn't work.

Is really in need of better help, what do I do first?
