Last night I dowloaded a standard itunes update on my computer. I shut it down so that it would take affect - as they requested. This morning, I am unable to get it to turn on. I checked all connections and slid the thing on the bottom side which I understood was a reset button - that's all I know to do. Do you have any ideas to get it to boot up?

Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm not very technical - so please be kind.
