Unwash6.exe/Scan Taking Long Time

Hi all.

The last few days Comodo antivirus gave me a pop up and detected this file: "UNWASH6.exe" I blocked it. I also use Webroots' Windows Washer.

Also, with the Comodo antivirus scan, it never stops scanning, it just hangs on a certain file ( IE 7 Updates/ IEAKUI.DLL )

I wasn't sure if this was an infection or if i just have the options set wrong on comodo AV and Firewall
