my computer crashed it will not boot from cd also just restarts on its own same when i try safe mode shuts down and restarts.

i tried f8 and ran boot logging blue screen gives me this stop code

***stop: 0x00000024 (0x00190203,0x8A2D6268,0xc0000102,0x00000000)

cannot not find what this code means any help would be appreciated

Error 0x00000024 NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM, usually means hard drive problem.
In less number of cases, it may be RAM problem.

What do you mean, when you say, you can't boot from CD?
