i need help on buying a videocard that can run Empire Total War on at least med-high settings. I planned on buyinga GTS 250 oc 1gb and was wondering if it will be able to run it if i was to max out all the settings. Any Help?

that video card can play it in highest detail, the game only takes 512mb

yea but a 9600gt 1gb cant play in high so it does depend on the card.

I am running a 9800GTX 512mb version and have just about all settings on max, I am also running 1920X1200 resolution. Some large battle lag a little but overall it works well.

ok i need help i bought a vista computer and it has every thing for this game but it does not work all that happens is the screen gos white then a gold pen pops up then it say there is a problem with empire total please wait while we check what it is

idk try reinstalling it maybe that will work i havnt bought it yet:(
