I have a problem with some of my apps, such as mp3tag, which I use to edit ID3 tags on my mp3s.
You can see a screenshot as an attachment
This also happens to some of my other apps, and during some install processes, such as the IE8 install.
I think it might have something to do with the registry, as I regularly maintain it with Tuneup Utilities and CCleaner

first try uninstalling mp3tag...you can reinstall it later...
you want to be careful with reg cleaners...they sometimes cause more problems than they fix..ccleaner is very gentle and hasn't caused any issues for me...but there was one I used for years without any problems until it screwed up a couple of systems that took me hours to fix..I quit using it

Reinstalling mp3tag did it for that app.
I usually use CCleaner every week. I use Tuneup Utilities maybe once a month.

sorry about that... I try to remember to go thru the unanswered threads at least weekly but sometimes my normal work gets in the way...
