Hello.

I have an issue with one of my external hard drives. I have had it for a few months and it worked fine but one day the computer just didn't recognise it anymore. When I plug it into the comp the light comes on saying there is power (presumably?) going into the hard drive but nothing pops up on the comp screen saying device found and when I pull the plug it doesnt say unsafe removal or anything.

Also, I have tried plugging the hard drive into other computers and it works fine and I have plugged other external hard drives into my computer and they also work fine.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks!
