Hello everyone. As of today, random lines have began appearing around random objects on my computer. As I am not sure how to explain these lines, I have included pictures:

This is a video of my computer\\\'s boot up sequence, also displaying the same problem:

I have no idea what they are - I have never seen them before. I cannot get rid of them!!!
Can someone please offer me guidance? These are SO annoying!

I was told to come to this forum first, to make sure that this is or is not a malware issue. I have read the guide stickied in this forum, and the requested logs are below:
