I cannot use my cd drive. It won't stay shut, just closes briefly and re-opens. Desperately need to burn some DVD's for a project at work. I went through the troubleshooting process. Device management: everything seems OK. I uninstalled recently installed software. I tried to insert a music CD and data disk to see if the disk I was trying to burn was a bad disk, it won't keep that one in either. What else can I do?

This is usually means a stuck button or something's catching on the way in therefore the drive isn't locking.
