Rundll32.exe problem in network..

Hi all..

I am using Windows 2003 server R2 as my WSUS server . Since past few days, multiple rundll32.exe comes in the task manager of this server which shows 00 under CPU but utilizes Memory to the tune of 3K - 5 K.

Also, the other machines in the network have been showing the same situation of multiple rundll32.exe (about 100) in all machines.

I already have symantec protection enabled on all the machines and also have scanned for any threats. But, nothing has come out of it.

If anyone can help, I shall be really greatfull..........!!!
