well the title says it all. i am not sure where to start on this one. no keys respond to anything. i can change the bios but it seems to have no effect.

Make and model of system
hard drive(s)
os system
any new software or hardware added before the problem
can you boot into safe mode
what kind of keyboard..wired, wireless, usb
What happened right before the problem started
any error messages you may have gotten
