Something messed up my computer

My computer is running very slow and I am getting a lot of popups - sometime they won't stop unless I restart the computer again (doing this at least every 45 minutes). Sometimes when I shut down it shows that rund32ll.exe is not responding and should I end now? I ran a hijack this log and pasted it below. Please let me know if you can help me as something has me really messed up!
